The Plan

So, the plan I follow is the Slimming World plan. A lot of members use the Extra Easy plan which I use on a regular basis but every now and then I do the original/red plan to boost my losses!

Extra Easy

So for extra easy I base my meals around my free and superfree foods, this includes fruit, veg, pasta, potatoes, meat and fish. 

I then have one healthy extra A and one healthy extra B per day.

And finally I have between 5-15 syns per day. 

This plan works so well for me because theres hardly any weighing, measuring or counting calories! The meals are so filling and I never have to go hungry - and somehow I still manage to lose weight!
